We encourage you to bring your own, so the data and feedback you get are the most accurate, but we do have a selection of junior, ladies and mens right and left handed clubs available for a small charge. Is there a dress code? Absolutely not! You are welcome to wear whatever you like, other than spiked golf shoes. We recommend casual clothing to allow you to swing freely. We have heating and air-con, so we can adjust to reflect the outdoor weather. Do you have food and drinks? We have hot, cold and alcoholic drinks available for purchase, and we have a number of local partners who will deliver food to you for your booking. We are happy to pre-order this, please let us know at the time of booking where you will see the menu, particularly for peak time bookings. Can I change my group numbers? For safety reasons, we can only accept a maximum of four people per bay. If you wish to add numbers above this please let us know and if we have space we will add you a second bay to your booking at an additional cost. How long do I need to play? To speed up play, we use Trackman's AutoPutt feature, which is based on PGA average distance and scoring once all players are on the green. Based on the average amateur golfer to complete 18 holes, we generally say to book: 1 player - 60 mins 2 players - 2 hours 3 players - 2 hours 30 mins 4 players - 3 hours but please do give us a call if you would like advice related to your ability levels. What if I need to cancel? We understand plans can change, but please either cancel your booking or let us know by 48 hours by ringing or emailing ( we may not pick up outside business hours so please leave a message). No shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. The Clubhouse Rules As agreed to in the waiver before participation at the Clubhouse, we ask you to please follow these rules for everyone's safety: 24 hours cancellation time required or full session cost is forfeited. Please call ahead if you need to change your tee time. Golf shoes or running shoes are fine but NO METAL SPIKES. Guests acknowledge both premises where AVRY LEISURE LTD operate are under video surveillance. Tampering with camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to AVRY LEISURE LTD. Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation. If you bring your own clubs, please make sure club faces are clean before play. Own golf balls are ONLY allowed if new and clean - any pen or dirt will mark the screen. Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE SIMULATOR at any time! Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging clubs outside of the simulators swing area for safety reasons. Play safe. Only one person on the grassed hitting area at a time. Before you swing any club, check your surroundings (monitor, other players etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing. Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times. Your shot must be directed forward. Swinging should always take place on hitting area of the mat. Practice swings must be taken with each club, and must be done on hitting area of the mat. Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing. Report any accidents immediately. Customers must sign a separate waiver if renting clubs off AVRY LEISURE LTD. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules and Guidelines. Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.

The Aviary was born in 2017 as the brainchild of PGA professional Darren Cain, who ran a number of successful coaching academies across Cheshire, but was fed up of losing so many lessons to the ever unpredictable English weather. What is AVRY? Book Now AVRY comes from the team behind The Avry Indoor Golf. The golf boom after the pandemic meant we truly outgrew our space, even with an expansion in 2021. We want to be the best of the best, and we decided to move a few doors down to allow us to grow. We rebranded to AVRY, to reflect we are now not solely indoor golf - we have our AVRY academy for lessons, and the Clubhouse is our competitive socialising and entertainment venue. There is something for all the family, and for any age, ability, experience, and for both golfers and non golfers alike. Our Multiball system is great to get moving, particularly for young kids + the elderley, and offers games and challenges to educate, entertain and exercise. Golfers can play over 450+ PGA courses, or practice on the ranges, challenge themselves on the mini games or map their bags. Try your hand at darts, pool, fusbal, or simply have a drink at the bar and watch some live sports. The concept is to offer world class coaching and technology, suitable and accessible in all weather, to professional golfers, amateurs and beginners who have never picked up a club before. We have no dress code, no equipment or experience is needed - we are a fun space to improve or begin your golf journey and enjoy our friendly Clubhouse atmosphere. We are proud to be an England Golf affiliated facility, and we work alongside them to meet their SafeGolf and EDI policies and procedures. All our non PGA staff are currently completing a Community Golf Instructor qualification through England Golf.
